യഥാസമയം അറ്റകുറ്റ പണികൾ നടക്കാതെ വരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് സർക്കാർ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ , പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് സർക്കാർ ആതുരാലയങ്ങളിലെ അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ പരിമിതപ്പെടുന്ന അവസ്ഥ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിന് കീഴിലുള്ള APJKTU നാഷണൽ സർവീസ് സ്കീം ടെക്നിക്കൽ സെൽ രൂപകൽപന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന നൂതന പദ്ധതിയാണ് " പുനർജ്ജനി " .
യുവത്വം ആസ്തികളുടെ പുനർ നിർമ്മാണത്തിനായി എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം മുൻ നിർത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിലെ ഭൂരിപഷം വരുന്ന യുവജനങ്ങളെ രാഷ്ട്ര പുനർനിർമ്മാണ പ്രക്രിയയിൽ പങ്കാളികൾ ആക്കുക, സാമൂഹിക സേവനത്തിലൂടെ വ്യക്തിത്വ വികാസം കൈവരിക്കാൻ അവക്ക് അവസരം നൽകുക എന്നി ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളോട് കൂടിയാണ് APJKTU നാഷണൽ സർവീസ് സ്കീം ഈ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നത് .
സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ സുസ്ഥിര വികസനം മുൻനിർത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് കേരള സർക്കാർ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന നവകേരളം പദ്ധതിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളിലേക്കു നമ്മുടെ നാടിനെ നയിക്കാൻ എം.ഇ.എസ് കോളേജ് ലെ എൻ .എസ് .എസ് വോളണ്ടിയർ മാർ കൈ കോർക്കുകയാണ് 28-01-2020 മുതൽ 03-02-2020 വരെ MES Institute of Technology and Management , ചാത്തന്നൂരിൽ വച്ച് നടക്കുന്ന എം.ഇ .സ് കോളേജ് എൻ .സ് .സ് യൂണിറ്റിന്റെ " പുനർജ്ജനി " ക്യാമ്പ് AA RAHIM Memorial District Hospital ,കൊല്ലത്തു നടപ്പാക്കാൻ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ വിജയത്തിന് ഏവരുടെയും സഹായ സഹകരണങ്ങളും സാന്നിധ്യവും അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു .
