Dr.Bharathi Veena.V is working as assistant professor and HOD at department of MBA. Her area of specialisation is finance and HR for MBA and Banking and Insurance for MCOM. Her research topic is "Employees and customers perception towards E-Monitoring system in Banks of Kerala"

The MES institute of technology and management Chathanoor marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of its newly established MBA department. the ceremony was held on August 4/08/2025 at 10.30 am in the seminar hall at mechanical block.
The MBA department was formally inaugurated by Dr. Sudheer (Dean of Alumni Affairs & International Collaborations, TKM College of Engineering Kollam) who delivers an inspiring speech highlighting the significance of the management in the future individuals. he emphasized the importance of innovation, leadership, in the today&aposs business world.
