The Computer Science and Engineering Department is supported with the following laboratories.

Forty numbers of Computer Systems with Windows / Linux dual boot based operating systems are available in this laboratory. All the systems are under Local Area Network for accessing Internet connectivity. Lab is open to students during college hours till 6 PM. During holidays also students and faculty can avail the facilities if this laboratory for the curricular and non curricular activities. The laboratory meets the need of conducting lab sessions such as C,C++, Photoshop, web design, students academic projects and seminar works. The lab provides research facility for staff.

This laboratory is networked with 75 numbers of computer systems. Various lab sessions such as Computer Programming with C, python, Computer Graphics and Algorithm design in OpenGL, Object oriented Programming with C++, Java, Application Software Development lab etc are being conducted in this laboratory.

This lab provides excellent working environments for students with windows and Linux – dual boot based platforms. The facilities of this laboratory are also used for conducting workshops and seminar.

This laboratory is equipped with 40 numbers of computer systems under windows / linux dual boot platforms. Open source softwares such as MYSQL, Eclipse, Oracle Virtual Box are installed for programming purpose. Also linux based softwares such as gcc, virtual box tools etc are used for student’s academic activities. The laboratory is used for conducting sessions such as Data structures, System software, Operating system, Network programming, Free and open source software etc.

The laboratory is well catered with the training equipment for learning the various aspects of computer organizations which includes programming and interfacing using microprocessors and microcontrollers. The lab provides through the understanding of computer hardware and PC assembling.

The training modules available under this lab are VI/mocro 8086 kit(15 numbers),VI micro 8051 microcontroller(15 numbers), Key board interfacing kit(5 numbers),programming peripheral Interface(5 numbers), Timers 8251/8253(8 numbers), stepper motors(5 numbers), 8259(8 numbers) etc.

More over this laboratory is equipped with 10 numbers of Computer Systems wth windows OS installed for conducting sessions on peripheral programming and MASM programming.

This lab facilitates the student to enhance the software development capacity of the students. Students can avail the facility to develop minor software projects there by get experienced in various software tools. This will make the students compatible with industry standards. Lab will function off hours and week ends for the convenience of the students.

The main objective of the lab is to familiarize the students with various computer hardware, processors, memory, motherboards etc. Different hardware components are demonstrated for easy understanding. Here students learn to assemble PC themselves and get confident in this. Experience staff members assist them to diagnose errors and assembling issues.

This lab will help the students to familiarize with the major network components such as NIC (Network Interface Card), hub, switches, various networking cables , modem ,router etc. They will experience the hands-on networking here. They will crimp the cable with connectors and get confident in this arena. Various practical issues are discussed and familiarized during this laboratory works.Experience staff members will assist the students to diagnose the errors and other networking issues that can creep in.
