Onam Celebration 2023
MES Institute of Technology and Management organized Onam celebrations, MESONAM-2023, on 26th August with an official inauguration ceremony followed by a procession and various cultural events. The programme was started with a silent prayer followed by a welcome speech. Prof, Anees Beegom, Coordinator, Extra Curricular Activities welcomed the gathering. Dr J. Sreekumar delivered the presidential address. The function was formally inaugurated by Dr,Alexander Jacob, former DGP. He rapted the audience by presenting various myths related to Onam in an enchanting way. Mr.Nageeb ,Chairman of the management committee, delivered the keynote address .Er.J.Kamarsaman, Secretary management committee blessed the audience with his Onam message. Er.J.Muhammed Aslam, Legal Advisor, MES District committee addressed the audience, vRinshad, Student coordinator delivered the vote of thanks.Seventh semester Civil engineering students delighted the audience with a sweet onappattu, Seventh semester computer science students performed Thiruvathira. Bands like Chendamelom, Thambolam etc were performed along with Kavediyattom, A Competition of Athappokkalom was conducted and the winner group were awarded with a trophy. Onam games like Uriyadi and vadamvali were conducted after the delicious onasadya. The whole celebration were ended at 4.30pm with a pleasant note.
International Yoga day
Activities related to International Yoga day, were conducted on 21st June 2023, at 3.30 pm in college auditorium. The formal inauguration was done by Extracurricular activity coordinator Prof. Anees Beegom.H . Prof.Shareer, Head of the Department of Physical Education, made a speech on the importance of Yoga. Students involved in various yoga practices like thrikonasana, Shavasana etc. All Extracurricular activity committee members participated in yoga activities

MESITAM Inter College Cricket Tournament 2023
MESITAM Inter College Cricket Tournament started from 20/02/2023 at our college ground. Mr. Nizam, Treasurer, MESITAM Inaugurated the tournament and Prof. Abi Basheer HoD, Dept. Of CE, presided the function. 16 Teams are participating in the tournament.

NSS unit visited Poor Home -Kollam
MESITAM N.S.S unit visited the Kollam Poor home and supplied 125 lunch parcels. Our students and inmates of Poor Home together conducted entertainment programs and spent lunchtime with them.
