A youtube channel was launched by EEE MESITAM

Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, MESITAM has come up with a YouTube channel to showcase the technical and cultural skills of the students of the department. The channel was launched on 31.8.2020 with officially releasing the channel's logo.

Two students secured the position of Google Cloud Ready Facilitator

We are happy to inform that two of the students of CSE, MESITAM, RAHUL RAJESH of S7 CSE & NAAJA.F of S5 CSE with Prof. AMALA K J had successfully completed GoogleCloudReady Facilitator program and achieved the position of facilitators by completing 168 labs and 24 Quest of Google CloudReady/Badge!!

The second phase of the program is being commenced with RAHUL RAJESH & NAAJA as the facilitators along with Prof. AMALA J KAMAL of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The batch strength is 50+ students which include students from other colleges also.

FOOT OPERATED HAND WASHING SYSTEM BY ME-MESITAM

Department of Mechanical Engineering of MES Institute of Technology and Management, Chathanoor, Kollam has designed and manufactured dual foot operated hand washing system. The main intention of this system is to avoid direct touching of hands with tap and hand wash bottle.

The system comprises of two pedals; one for the flow of water and the other for dispensing hand wash liquid. Three sets of this system were manufactured and placed in the front area of the college for the hand washing purpose. It is very useful in the pandemic period.

Dear friends,
Thanks to all MESITAM staff members & NSS volunteers for their prayers & financial support in donating TVs to school students for their learning supports. With the fund raised, we are able to buy two TVs and it was handed over to the students in the presence of Principal Dr. J Nazar & Mylakkadu UP School HM Sri. Adarsh at 11. 00am today morning.
